My stay at Rossio Garden Hotel was quite enjoyable, thanks to its fantastic location and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was pleasant, offering a selection of hot and cold items, though I wish it had more variety. There were a few hiccups with room size during my visit, but the staff were accommodating and quickly resolved my issues, making my experience more positive overall.

On my first night, I had a larger room but had to switch to a smaller one upon returning, which didn't fit our luggage. Thankfully, the staff promptly moved me to a larger room again, which had a lovely balcony overlooking the square.

The front desk staff were friendly and responsive. I especially appreciated Vanessa, who went out of her way to help with various requests. Her kindness really stood out and contributed to the positive atmosphere during my stay.

The hotel's location is probably its best feature. Being just a couple of minutes from Rossio Square made it incredibly easy to explore the city on foot and access public transport. There were also plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby.
